It is the sole responsibility of the mooring owner to ensure their moorings are properly maintained and hold valid Certificates of Survey as required. DBYC does not oversee, manage, or guarantee the condition, maintenance, or safety of moorings. By proceeding with a mooring booking, lessees acknowledge and accept these terms.
